#8 – 25 Things I Have Learned…
Another oldie but definitely a good bit of advice. I don’t know who to attribute this to but thank you. In my early work days I like most others had very little in the way of resources and earnings were slim. We are all familiar with too many bills and obligations and too little income. A top line revenue problem as it were. I decided to treat my savings as a bill to be paid first then other bills after. This way you ensure an attitude of saving for yourself. Who is more deserving? Who worked for the income in the first place? Shouldn’t you have something tangible to show for your hard work?
You can and probably should start with a small payment to yourself, ensure your success and build from there.
